Next Stop Media City

Its been suggested by many fellow Wanderers to have a visit to Salford Quays and Media City (followed by lunch naturally) and so a date has been set for Wednesday 10 June'26. Following which a photo essay will be published here.
The usual itinerary will be train from Whitty to Manchester Picadilly, the Metro Tram to Broadway, a leisurely saunter amongst the modern buildings, museums, theatres and galleries, taking in the waterways and pedestrian bridges. Then the tram back into the city for lunch (usually a Chinese), following to then catch the train back to Whitty - in time for tea!
