Chester Pride Carnival

This annual August event attracted thousands of participants and thousands of visitors to the historic City of Chester, located on the North Wales border with England.
Fortunately, the British heatwave had subsided for a few days, which gave rise to more comfortable temperatures, and without rain being forecast, gave rise to record attendances of people, young and old, and of all leanings, complexions and colours coming from far and wide. The procession taking almost 20 minutes to pass-by.
